• Uploaded content — documents you submit for translation (TXT, EPUB, DOCX, PDF, HTML)
• Payment information — collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details

Information collected automatically:

• IP address
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited and features used
• Authentication cookies (used solely to maintain your login session)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the translation service (process and translate your uploaded documents)
• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To send transactional emails (translation complete, errors)
• To process payments
• To improve and maintain the Service

We do not use your uploaded content or translated output to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service:

These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies. Document content sent to AI providers via their APIs is not used for model training under their current API terms.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. Cookies

We use authentication cookies to maintain your login session. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from using features that require authentication.

6. Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. We do not track users across third-party websites.

7. Data Retention

• Account data — retained while your account is active
• Uploaded documents and translations — retained while your account is active; deleted within 90 days of account deletion
• Server logs — retained for up to 30 days

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

You may:

• Access your personal information by logging into your account
• Download your uploaded and translated documents from the Service
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below
• Correct inaccurate information via your account settings

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) when applicable thresholds are met. Contact us to exercise any privacy rights.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
